This is Protoforms first body dedicated to the fast-growing SC Drag Racing class and will transform your Slash 2WD into a scale 1/4-mile beast with realistic details to give your SC drag car a super unique, race-inspired look. The C7 Pro-Mod Corvette body is a clean and convenient one piece design that allows any enthusiast to pick and apply their own unique paint scheme. Trim, mask and get creative with this slick drag body. Note: To create a more scale look, the body is designed with a narrower track width than a traditional SC body and will require some modifications to your 2wd Slash® in order to fit correctly. Vintage Trams Am class racing has taken off in the past few years as an opportunity for racers to break in to on-road R/C, providing close racing, scale realism and warm and fuzzy feelings of the good ol’ days of American road course racing. The Pontiac Firebird Trans Am was one of the signature cars of the former full-scale series, and now PROTOform has captured its trademark look in the release of the 1971 model for your VTA class R/C Touring Car. From its aggressive front “beak”, to the duck tail-style rear spoiler, to the mother of all macho items, – the shaker hood scoop – no detail was overlooked. The front nose cone is molded separately, and when mounted with the 2mm screws and/or liquid adhesive, it becomes an integral part of the body. PROTOform introduces the 1963 Chevy® Corvette Stingray™ Pro-Mod. This officially licensed body combines scale realism with a low-LCG aerodynamic upgrade to your 13.2" wheelbase No Prep Drag Car. We combined the signature "split-window", enlarged rear haunches and low-slung nose with some stretched, pro-mod drag racing proportions to transform your no-prep car into a scale-1/4-mile beast. The exaggerated ribs and front fenders create an extra stiff hood area to avoid folding down at high speeds. Due to the overall slammed design of the hood, this body will only fit the latest high-end No Prep racing models with low-profile front shock towers.
